About Us

ComputerXplorers Haringey

Led by Christopher Utulu, Managing Director, and Molly O’Shea, Operations Director, ComputerXplorers Haringey helps children across North London build confidence through coding, robotics and digital creativity.

In our after-school clubs, children create games, programme robots and bring ideas to life. We explain things in simple steps, then let them experiment, solve problems and work together.

We also offer holiday camps and school workshops. No camp or workshop dates are currently open for booking; get in touch to discuss a future session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful answers from your local ComputerXplorers team.

Which ages are your clubs and holiday activities for?
Our current school clubs mainly cover Reception to Year 6. KS1 groups are usually for ages 5–7 and KS2 groups for ages 7–11. Some clubs also accept Reception children aged 4: for example, Lancasterian, Welbourne and Crowland Robotics. Ainslie Wood splits its clubs into ages 5–8 and 8–11; Grafton also has year-group-specific listings. Choose the listing for your child’s school and year group, as these take priority over the general age guide. Holiday activities have their own published age range when bookings open.
Where do sessions take place, and how much do they cost?
We currently list clubs at 16 schools: Ainslie Wood, Betty Layward, Chestnuts, Chingford CofE, Crowland, Grafton, Grange Park Prep, Lancasterian, Lordship Lane, Rhodes Avenue, South Grove, South Harringay, St Monica’s, Stroud Green, Walker and Welbourne. Current Pebble prices include £5 for a 30-minute St Monica’s lunchtime session, £8 for South Harringay lunchtime, £9 at Ainslie Wood, £10 at Chestnuts and Lordship Lane PAYG, £12.50 at Betty Layward and £13.75 at Grange Park Prep. Monthly subscription clubs are generally £40 or £45, depending on the school. Monthly memberships continue through school holidays and include online sessions during those breaks; school venue dates and online arrangements are confirmed separately. Ticket, term-block and subscription options differ by club; Pebble confirms the total before you pay. School clubs are for pupils of the named school unless the listing says otherwise.
How do I book, and what should my child bring?
Choose your school and year group, click Book on Pebble, then select the available ticket, term block or monthly subscription. Add your child’s details, emergency and collection contacts, and any medical or support needs before completing payment. For school clubs, bring a labelled water bottle, a nut-free snack and any required medication with its care plan. Please name coats and bottles. We provide the laptops or tablets, robots, software and activity materials—children do not need to bring a device. Tell us who will collect your child. Any extra requirements for a particular club or holiday activity are stated in its booking details.
Can our school arrange a club, workshop or assembly?
Yes. We work with schools on after-school clubs, workshops and assemblies covering computing and creative technology. Contact the Haringey team with your school name, year groups, preferred dates and the type of activity you have in mind. We will discuss a suitable programme, timetable, equipment requirements and booking arrangements with you.
